THE R.E.H.A.B. APPROACH.

Rebuilding Experts of Hewlett Auto Body.

R.E.H.A.B. is our commitment to a thoughtful, documented repair: understand the damage, agree on a clear plan, carry out the appropriate work, and explain the result. Hewlett Auto Body is the shop; R.E.H.A.B. is how we approach the work.

THE STANDARD IN HEWLETT SINCE 1954.

Local roots. Skilled craftsmanship. Clear communication.

FROM FIRST LOOK TO FINAL REVIEW.

01

UNDERSTAND THE VEHICLE.

We start with your story: what happened, what you have noticed, and what you need next. Photos and a few vehicle details help us prepare for the conversation.

An in-person inspection helps establish the condition of the vehicle, the visible damage, and any concerns that need a closer look. A photo alone cannot reveal every issue.

02

DOCUMENT. PLAN. EXPLAIN.

A clear repair begins with a clear plan. We discuss the proposed work, parts, and the next steps, including insurance coordination when it applies.

Inspection findings, relevant vehicle information, and the approved estimate guide the repair. If additional damage is discovered, the scope and timing may change; the next step should be explained before additional work is authorized.

03

REBUILD WITH CARE.

Bodywork is about more than the surface. Depending on the damage, the plan may involve panel repair, replacement, or structural alignment.

The goal is to restore the affected areas with care for fit, function, and the requirements of the vehicle. Our equipment and repair capabilities support the work; the approved plan determines which procedures are needed.

04

REFINISH WITH PRECISION.

A good finish starts with preparation. Surface condition, the existing color, and the repair area inform the refinishing approach.

Preparation, color matching, application, and attention to the surrounding finish all matter. We review the appearance and provide care instructions relevant to the refinishing products and work performed.

05

CHECK THE DETAILS.

The review looks at the completed work, including fit, finish, and reassembly. The vehicle and repair scope also determine whether measurements, diagnostic scans, or calibration work apply.

Ask which checks and records are relevant to your repair and whether any part of the work involves a specialist. Documentation should help make the work understandable.

06

HAND OVER WITH CONFIDENCE.

At handover, review the completed work, invoice, available repair records, care instructions, and applicable warranty terms. We want you to understand what was done and who to contact if a question comes up.

During the repair, use the tracking link or speak with the shop about progress and the next step. Parts, approvals, and additional findings can affect completion estimates.
